First prepare the wild rice, then toss a salad of organic baby lettuce, avocado, cherry tomatoes and top with a vinaigrette dressing. Sauté our fillets with fresh cut veggies like onions, bell peppers, or squash over low heat for 7-10 minutes. Add a garnish of fresh thyme or parsley.
