Vegan Tuna Melt
- 1 Vegetarian Plus Vegan Tuna Roll
- vegan mayonnaise to taste
- chopped celery
- salt and pepper to taste
- vegan cheddar cheese
- vegan bread
- vegan butter or margarine
- 1. Defrost Vegetarian Plus Vegan Tuna Roll.
- 2. Mix in mayonnaise, celery, and salt and pepper.
- 3. Evenly spread butter or margarine on one side of each piece of bread.
- 4. Heat a non-stick pan and place one piece of bread with spread face down on pan.
- 5. While bread is crisping, top with tuna mixture, cheese, and top with other piece of bread making sure side with spread is facing up (not touching inside of sandwich).
- 6. Flip sandwich and grill until cheese is melted.
For a delicious option: Replace bread with a vegan tortilla!
